Practicing the Process of Forgiveness: A Program for Reclaiming Peace by Discovering the Power of “Letting Go”

The Four-Session Program Focuses On:


Four 90-minute sessions that teach the power of forgiveness as a way to reclaim balance and peace in one's life

Discovering that forgiveness is different than forgetting or condoning

Learning how personal health is put at risk by carrying resentments and grudges; and of the benefits of forgiving for improving personal health

Discovering how forgiveness is a powerful step toward regaining mental, physical, emotional and spiritual balance in your life

Regaining personal freedom by “letting go” of the emotional ties that bind you to the past

Readings, exercises, guided imagery, journaling and discussion to promote “letting go”

Developing skills in these approaches to be able to apply them in your day-to-day life on an on-going basis
