Discovering how forgiveness is a powerful step toward regaining mental, physical, emotional and spiritual balance in

Regaining personal freedom by “letting go” of the emotional ties that bind you to the past |

Readings, exercises, guided imagery, journaling and discussion to promote “letting go” |

Developing skills in these approaches to be able to apply them in your day-to-day life on an on-going basis |
